In the process of using oxygen machine, individual customers react, with the increase of use time, oxygen machine oxygen flow is too little or no situation.
First of all, we need to check the reason why oxygen flow is too little or no.
Cause 1: The humidifier bottle and the lid of the oxygen generator are not tightly screwed, and there is air leakage.
Exclusions: Turn on the oxygen generator power switch and adjust the flowmeter to the 3 l position. The oxygen outlet end of the humidification bottle should be tightly blocked by hand. The float of the flowmeter should move downward, while the humidification bottle will emit a sound of "wheezing" and "wheezing" (the safety valve is opened). Otherwise, the humidification bottle will leak. Tighten the bottle or replace the humidifier bottle.
Cause 2: The oxygen generator's safety valve opened.
Elimination method: Pick up the humidification bottle of the oxygen generator, gently shake it a few times, and then close the safety valve on the lid of the humidification bottle.
Cause 3: There is a problem with the oxygen tube or the oxygen suction part.
Elimination method: Check the oxygen tube and other oxygen parts are not blocked, clean or change an oxygen accessories.
Here's another case:
The machine runs, but there is no oxygen output, the flowmeter floats at the bottom or a certain position, and the flowmeter knob does not move when adjusting:
Reasons: 1. The tube in the humidification bottle is blocked by scale and is not ventilated.
2. The flow meter knob is closed or damaged.
Elimination method:
1. Turn on the oxygen mechanical and electrical power switch to make the machine run. Screw off the humidification bottle to see whether the flowmeter float can be adjusted. If it can be adjusted, the humidification bottle core will be blocked by scale. Open the humidification bottle core with a needle. Instead check the flow meter swirl.
2. Rotate the flowmeter knob counterclockwise to see whether the flowmeter knob rod rotates with it. If not, the flowmeter is damaged, contact the manufacturer's maintenance personnel to replace or repair the flowmeter.
If all the above reasons have been ruled out and none of them are the problems described above, please contact the oxygen generator supplier to return to the factory for maintenance.
