1. Air freezing separation method

First, the compressor forces the dry air through the molecular sieve into the vacuum adsorber, the nitrogen molecules in the air is adsorbed by the molecular sieve, oxygen into the adsorber, when the oxygen in the adsorber reaches a certain amount (pressure reaches a certain level), you can open the oxygen valve to release the oxygen.
After a period of time, the nitrogen adsorbed by the molecular sieve gradually increases, the adsorption capacity weakens, and the purity of the output oxygen decreases, so the nitrogen adsorbed on the molecular sieve needs to be pumped out by vacuum pump, and then repeat the above process. This method of oxygen production is also called adsorption method.
