PVC gloves are thin gloves made by mixing polyvinyl chloride paste resin, plasticizer, stabilizer and viscosity-reducing agent into plasticized paste resin, which is impregnated, dried and plasticized through the process.

PVC gloves are made of polyvinyl chloride through a special process. The gloves are allergen-free, powder-free, low dust generation, low ionic content, free of plasticizers, esters, silicone oil and other components, with strong chemical resistance, good flexibility and touch, easy and comfortable to wear, with anti-static properties, and can be used in a dust-free environment.

TXIB 10-15 parts
Calcium and zinc stabilizer 2-2.5 parts
Pigment 0.01-2 parts
Epoxy soybean oil 2-2.5 parts
(Domestic) viscosity reducer 10-15 parts
Filler Adequate amount
Add all kinds of raw materials in proportion, stir once to defoam and let it stand, filter, stir twice and vacuum defoam.
PVC gloves production process
After filtering, vacuuming and standing, the mixture is pumped into the impregnation tank of the production line. Under normal production conditions, the hand moulds on the line automatically enter the impregnation tank, and the hand moulds with emulsion attached come out of the impregnation tank in turn, rotating continuously during the march to make the emulsion on the surface of the hand moulds uniform, and make the excess emulsion drip down. The dripping liquid is returned to the impregnation tank through the collection tank. After dripping the excess emulsion, the hand mold moves with the production line into the oven, where the oven temperature is controlled at 230-250 degrees Celsius and the emulsion on the hand touch is cooked and formed under this condition. The hand moulds from the oven are naturally cooled, lip rolled and powdered, and then the gloves are manually removed from the hand moulds, which move continuously towards the impregnation tank. The unloaded PVC gloves are powdered and then stored as finished products.
