Principle of the glove production line: raw glove materials are pumped through a diaphragm pump into a raw material tank for mixing and preparation, then transported to various locations on the latex glove production line for submersion during the production run. The ceramic hand molds are first cleaned with acid, alkali and water; then the models are immersed in hot water for cleaning. Afterwards, the clean molds are dipped into the coagulant and other raw materials; the dipping procedure is as follows: first, the cleaned molds are dipped into hot water and heated until they are dipped into the coagulant and dried for immersion. After impregnation, it is sent to the oven for initial drying, the fiber inner glove is added, the hot water is rinsed, and then it is sent to the oven for vulcanization, drying and molding. After the glove is demolded, it is inflated, inspected, molded at low temperature, dried at medium temperature, washed with water, dewatered, dried, then packaged and sent to the finished product warehouse.
