The five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves control the left inhalation, equal pressure and right inhalation states respectively. The time flow of left suction, equal pressure and right suction has been stored in the programmable controller. In the power-off state, the pilot gas of the five two-position five-way pilot solenoid valves is connected to the closing port of the pneumatic piping valve. When the process is in the left suction state, the solenoid valves controlling the left suction are energized and the pilot gas is connected to the openings of the left suction valve, the left suction valve and the right exhaust valve to open these three valves and complete the left suction process while the right adsorption tower is desorbed.
Precautions in the operation and use of industrial oxygen generators.
1. Adjust the adjustment valve before the flow meter and the oxygen valve after the flow meter according to the air pressure and air volume. Do not adjust the flow rate at will to ensure the normal operation of the industrial oxygen generator.
2. The opening of the inlet valve and oxygen valve should not be too large to ensure that the purity meets the requirements.
3. The valves adjusted by the commissioning personnel should not be rotated at will to avoid affecting the purity.
4. Do not move the electrical equipment in the electronic control panel, and do not disassemble the pneumatic piping valves.
5. Operators should regularly check the four pressure gauges on the industrial oxygen generator and use the pressure changes as daily records to analyze equipment failures.
6. Regularly observe the outlet pressure, flow meter indication and oxygen purity to compare the performance page values and solve problems in time.
7. Maintain the compressor, air dryer and filter of the industrial oxygen generator according to the technical requirements to ensure the air quality. And the compressor and air dryer must be inspected at least several times a year, the wearing parts must be replaced in accordance with the equipment maintenance regulations, and the filter element that needs to be repaired must be replaced immediately.
8. When overhauling equipment, the air must be cut off (gas tank pressure gauge shows zero) and cut off the power for overhaul.

What is the normal operating condition of the industrial oxygen generator?
1. The power indicator light is on, and the left suction, equal pressure and right suction indicator lights up cyclically, indicating the oxygen making process.
2. When the left suction indicator light of the oxygen generator breathedge is on, the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually rises from the equilibrium pressure to higher when the pressure is equalized, while the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually falls to zero from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized. When the equalization indicator light is on, the pressure of the left and right adsorption towers will gradually reach the balance of one up and one down.
3. When the right suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually rises from the equilibrium pressure to higher when the pressure is equalized, while the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually decreases from the equilibrium pressure to zero when the pressure is equalized. 4. The oxygen outlet pressure indicates that the gas pressure is normal, and the pressure will fluctuate slightly during the use, but the change should not be too large.
5. The flow indication of the flow meter of the industrial oxygen generator should be basically stable, and the fluctuation should not be too large. The indication value of the flow meter should not be larger than the rated gas production of the oxygen equipment.
6. The indication value of the oxygen meter of the industrial oxygen generator should not be less than the rated purity of the oxygen equipment, and there may be a little fluctuation, but the fluctuation should not be too big.
