In other words, during the inspection of the non woven fabric machine, for the equipment found to be abnormal, according to the priority and the degree of abnormality, the repair is carried out in a timely and appropriate manner. Planned cycle maintenance pays great attention to prior testing, collecting information and carrying out timely repairs. First, we must work out a total cycle schedule for annual maintenance, minor repairs and major repairs, and then arrange the work plan and acceptance methods for each time according to the total annual schedule, including the planned maintenance machine number, maintenance time, maintenance content and technical conditions for handover and acceptance after maintenance.
