Operation Manual Of Slitting Line

1.Put coil on coil-loading car, move the car toward decoiler.

2.Adjust the center of coil on the same line with the center of double mandrels of the decoiler, then double mandrels of decoiler clamp the coil tight in middle.

3.Put down coil-head guide bracket and press on coil, then start to guide opening coil head.

4. Shoveling plate lift up and stretch out, with coil head falling on the shoveling plate.

5.Press roller presses on coil head, which makes coil head rise and go through double pinch-feeding rollers.

6.Coil head shearer cut off the redundant coil head.

7.Coil strip passes over the overturn plate of Hole Accumulator (1), and through side guide, adjust strip in the slitting centerline according to the center of upper shaft of slitter.

8. Synchro wind up the edge scraps after slitting at each side.

9. After passing over hole accumulator (2), strips arrives at pre-separator, on the centerline, strips are well divided by separating discs on the pre-separating shaft, then pass through tensioner.

10.Turn plate turns up and guide strips towards recoiler, heads of strips enter into the opening of recoiler clamp, separator & presser bracket comes down on recoiler, clamp opening closes that heads of heads are tightly clamped. Rotate recoiling mandrel about two circles, upper beam of tensioner presses down.

11. Let overturn plate of hole accumulator(2) down in strip-accumulating hole, the hole starts to accumulate certain amount of strips

12. Let overturn plate of hole accumulator(1) down to accumulate certain amount of strip.

13.Normally running and recoiling slit strips up.

14.After one coil being slit, discharge the slit coils on to coils-discharging car.

Maintenance of Slitting Line

1. Oil lubrication on sprockets & chains and guide pillars of coil cars each week, on cycloid motor each half a year.

2 .Add oil to bearings at oil-adding mouth of Double-Mandrel Decoiler, each shift before starting the slitting line.

3. Add oil to cycloid motor of coil-head guide bracket each half-a-year.

4. Add oil to oil-adding mouth of each leveling roller of the Leveling Machine, each shift before starting work; add oil to lead rail each day; gear oil in gearbox should be changed once each half a year; the main motor, cycloid motor and speed reducer should be lubricated by oil once each half a year. Add oil to guide pillars of upper beam and worm & worm gear each 2-3days.

5. Add oil to gear and rack each 2-3 days once, both up and down knife holders each shift.

6. For side guide, at each shift, add oil to screw rod and bearings of support roller.

7. For Slitter, Add oil to rails of slitter once for each 2-3days, change gear oil in gearbox once for each half a year; add oil to main motor, cycloid motor and speed reducer once for each half a year; to the bearings at the ends of slitting shafts, oil should be added each shift.

8. Scrap reeler: each half a year, add oil to cycloid motor once; each week, add oil to sprockets & chains.

9. Pre-separator & tensioner: Add oil to oil bearing once per day.

10. Recoiler: add oil to recoiling block before each shift starts to work; change gear oil in gearbox per half a year; add oil to main motor each half a year, and the support arm of separating bracket per shift.

11.Hydraulic oil in hydraulic station is changed once per half a year.

12.Regularly check each part whether oil spill or oil leakage, and repair on time.

13. Regularly check whether electric parts aging, unsafety risk exists and electric connections safety.
