Key points of using industrial oxygen generators

Industrial oxygen generator manufacturers believe that steel companies are one of the main consumers of industrial oxygen. Using the combustibility of high-purity oxygen, the carbon, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and other impurities in the iron are oxidized, and the heat generated by the oxidation can ensure the high temperature required for the steel-making process. Pure oxygen blowing (greater than 99.2%) greatly reduces the steelmaking time of steel companies and improves the quality of steel. Oxygen blowing in electric furnace steelmaking can accelerate the melting of the furnace charge and the oxidation of impurities, saving a lot of electricity consumption for the enterprise, and is also a fixed source of oxygen for industrial oxygen generators. The application of mechanical oxygen mainly lies in metal cutting and welding. Oxygen acts as an accelerant for acetylene, which can produce high temperature flame and promote rapid melting of metals.
Oxygen-enriched blast furnace blast can increase coal injection, save coke consumption and reduce fuel ratio. Although the purity of oxygen-enriched air is only a little higher than air (24% ~ 25% oxygen content), the oxygen consumption of large air volume industrial equipment is close to one-third of steelmaking oxygen, which is also very large. So what should you pay attention to when using industrial oxygen generators?
1. Industrial oxygen generators are afraid of fire, heat, dust and moisture. Therefore, when using oxygen concentrator, remember to stay away from fire source, avoid direct glare (sunlight) and high temperature environment. Normally, you should pay attention to the replacement and cleaning of nasal cannula, oxygen delivery catheter and humidification heating device. Prevent cross infection and catheter blockage; when the oxygen generator is idle for a long time, the power should be cut off, pour out the water in the humidifying bottle, wipe the surface of the oxygen generator, cover the plastic cover and store it in a dry and sunless place; before transporting the machine, the water in the humidifying cup should be poured out, the water or moisture in the oxygen generator will damage the important accessories (such as molecular sieve, compressor, pneumatic valve, etc.).
2. When the industrial oxygen machine is running, remember to make sure the voltage is stable. If the voltage is too high or too low, the instrument will burn out. So the regular manufacturers will be equipped with intelligent monitoring low voltage and high voltage alarm system, and the power base is equipped with a fuse box. For users in remote rural areas, old neighborhoods with obsolete lines or industrially developed areas, it is recommended to purchase a voltage regulator.
3. Industrial oxygen generators that meet medical standards have the technical performance of 24-hour non-stop operation, so they should be used every day. When you go out for a short time, you need to turn off the flow meter, pour out the water in the humidifying cup, cut off the power and put it in a dry and ventilated place.
4. Industrial oxygen concentrator in use, to ensure that the bottom exhaust smooth, so do not foam, carpet and other products that are not easy to heat exhaust below, and do not put in a narrow and non-ventilated place.
5. Industrial oxygen concentrator humidification device, commonly known as: humidification bottle, it is recommended to use cold boiled water, distilled water, pure water as the water in the humidification cup. Try not to use tap water and mineral water to avoid the formation of scale. The water level should not exceed the highest scale to prevent the flow of oxygen conduit, humidification bottle interface should be tightened to prevent oxygen leakage.
6. The primary and secondary filtration system of the industrial oxygen generator should be cleaned and replaced regularly.
7. If the molecular sieve industrial oxygen generator is left idle for a long time, the activity of molecular sieve will be reduced, so attention should be paid to start-up, operation and maintenance.
